Victoria BC

Well, we got our steps in yesterday as we walked for 4.25 hours.  Unfortunately, my cell phone had an update and I didn’t notice that it was not counting the steps until we got home– urgh!

Norm stopped into the Whitehall Spirit Showroom to drool at the $20,000 boat.

We had a lovely walk along the water and then ended up at the Flying Otter Grill, which is directly behind the sea planes terminal, for lunch.  It was great fun to watch the sea planes landing and taking off.

We walked through Fisherman’s Wharf and the Floating Village which are so colorful and quaint.

We did just a quick walk in front of The Empress and the Legislature.  We’ll be going back for sure.  We also plan to go to the IMAX Theater in the B.C. Museum.

Some construction going on in front of The Empress

The B.C. Legislature

Rob prepared a gourmet dinner (for the third time in three days) and we ate way too much then some of Rob’s friends came by for a visit and we had a fabulous evening – too much laughter!!

Today Rob leaves for Paris and his exciting vacation and we will look after M'Lady and Guv'nor as well as explore much more of Victoria and Vancouver Island.
